Second Semester is officially underway. Books have been bought (as well as groceries, school supplies, and warm clothes). Homework has been handed out (by the stacks...). And lots of conversations have been held (roommates, boyfriend, family). I enjoyed my Christmas Break almost too much. I got to sleep in just about every day, read well over 2,000 pages of fun material, and got to spend a lot of time with family. I also got to see my boyfriend a lot. It was fun to spend time with him AND the family... at the same time. We all got to watch a lot of movies together, and even got to go on a "double date" to Texas Corral for New Year's. My parents are really cool. I'm not saying that because I know they're reading this, (Hi, Mom & Dad!) but they really are fun (and funny) to talk to. At the end of break, I succumbed to the Twilight fanatics. I can't pull myself away. It's not healthy for me to be addicted to vampire stories while trying to accomplish my Managerial Accounting homework.
I just signed a lease for a house next year. It's kinda crazy, you know, being so close to the end of my college career. To not get stressed about it all, I just imagine the kitty I'm going to one day get. It's either going to be named Peanut, Giggles, or Puddles. I'm betting on Peanut.
